Communion Fast when attending Extraordinary Form of Mass?

When attending Mass in the Extraordinary Form, must you follow the 3 hour fast before receiving Communion or is 1 hour all that is required?
 
One hour before communion is all that is required by canon law, regardless of which form of the Mass is attended. Individuals are free to fast for longer if they so choose but it is not required.
