I have never attended an Extraordinary form Mass. Do they off communion in the hand or only on the tongue?

Only on the tongue. Receiving communion in the hand at the EF Mass is not permitted per the rubrics and, if the priest were properly informed, he would discreetly and kindly refuse to honor such a request.

You also do not say “Amen” when the priest says “Corpus Domini Nostri Jesu Christe custodiat animam tuam in vitam eternam, Amen”. I have slipped and said “Amen”, which is only understandable and was not an issue. Likewise, I have forgotten to say “Amen” at the OF, and that wasn’t an issue either. Imperfect people, imperfect world.

The FSSP and ICKSP which are fully obedient to Rome NEVER give communion in the hand even in diocese where the bishop has invited them even though that bishop allows communion in the hand. That should answer the question. As the Latin mass society said as published by the catholic herald, communion in the hand can not happen at the Latin mass. In fact there recent publication saying that was specifically in reference to Covid 19 which does not change that fact.
