communion

This is probably a duh question…but I want to make sure…
Since I’m coming back to the church…

When is it not ok to have communion?

a) if you haven’t observed the communion fast. Means no eats or drinks one hour before communion if you’re in the Latin Rite (I presume you’re not a Byzantine Catholic, Maronite Catholic or anything like that)

b) if you haven’t been instructed about the significance of the Eucharist or haven’t made your First Holy Communion

c) if you have any unconfessed mortal sins on your soul

d) if you ain’t Catholic, of course.
