I am interested in organizing a small, small effort to support the following men in prayer.

If you would be interested in joining me, I propose to have a Mass offered by a missionary priest and mail a Mass card to each of these men in formation. This helps to remind us to pray for the Benedictines, it helps to support missionary priests, and it helps to let them know (when they get a Mass card) that Catholics are praying for them as they pray so hard for us.
I am already doing this with another person from CAF. (With another religous order) we are working our way down a list of 16 men, having a Mass offered for four a week (she takes two, I take two) and sending the Mass cards to the men in formation.
If I could find at least 5 other people who are willing to sacrifice $6 a week for a Mass stipend & card for these men, (once a week for the next 6 weeks) we can see to it that each man gets three Masses offered on his behalf and three cards, from three people. Every person who commits to getting involved will have $30-36 in cost (TOTAL) over the next 6 weeks at $5-6 a week.
This can all be done online, this can all be done from home, and NO, I am not soliciting funds for myself - the burden of arranging the Mass for folks interested in volunteering to do so will be on each individual.

(These are just suggestions - it is for the individual to make arrangements, some may simply wish to do it at their own parish, or with a nearby religous community.)
