I say to the issue of abortion, woman you are correct when you say that you should have the freedom of choice with your body. Yet it is also accurate to say that children should not be murdered. Which of these is greater? Your liberty and freedom or the new life that comes through your womb to the world. Woman, you are sanctified in your giving birth. You are indeed that gate of life to this world. Your giving birth is to give life to this world and you are sanctified because the Lord knows that you must give up such a great liberty of your own body to do so. In heaven it is understood what great freedom you sacrifice to bring the delight of children to the world. Remember Mary when she says, “be it done unto me according to your will.” This is the model of a mother. She sacrifices her own will for the will of the Lord. The will of the Lord is that new life comes through a woman to bring the joy of life to the world. You woman are sanctified in your sacrifice and in the joy you bring to the world in the life that you bear. This is why the marriage of homosexuals is disordered. Not that we should hate the person but that we should acknowledge the disorder within their own flesh. For one man and another man cannot in union effect the joy of new life. Nor is their union an object of sanctification because the sacrifices of such a union pale in comparison to the sacrifice of a woman who bears a child. Thus sexuality in nature is indeed ordered to a man and a woman in liberty and justice.
