… and he’s a demanding god, but not only that, he doubles as a patron saint of our young. Idol worshipry by example and to the extreme. Oh that God would receive such powerful Faith and trust.

Our young place such trust in prophylactics, they will allow them to determine their destiny. A destiny determined by a disgruntled assemby line employee in a latex factory who just doesn’t feel like turning on the static electricity testor, or, the one who is so hungover he’s too droggy to ensure the flow of latex over the form is uniform.

It has come to this. The potential death or chronic illeness of an individual rests in the wallets and purses that will carry this new age scapular, or St. Chris medal replacement, and the health world will send them to him for hope and peace of mind.

Our task is to turn them away from pre-marital sex, toward a true God, the Church and a new Hope and Trust expressed through prayer.

It is indeed a god to many.

intersting analogy

the sadest part is how many men will never know that their child/ren was/were aborted until they meet God face to face

By all means, pass it on.

well put, I would also argue that the organs the condom are meant to protect have been elevated as idols in our society.
