Do I need to confess a mortal sin again if I keep on doing it even though I’ve confessed it over 10 times?

No. Why would you keep confessing it? Once it’s confessed and absolved, it’s forgiven.

I was listening to Catholic radio and one of the hosts said he should bring a tape recorder to Confession since he is confessing the same sins over and over. God does not mind. It takes time for grace to work. People are inclined to sin.

@edward_george1, Does he mean maybe that he keeps doing the same sin over and over, and is asking if he have to confess it each time? That’s what it sounded like he meant to me.

Yes. I keep on doing the same sin over and over and I’m wondering if I have to confess it each time.

This is an encouraging video--"Confessing the Same Sin Over and Over Again.

This priest says some very practical things, and says confessing the same sin repeatedly can be a good thing.

Although many instances of sin may be the same kind, each instance of unconfessed mortal sin needs to be confessed only once – unless the confession is invalid – in which case confession of the instance is repeated.

How easy it is to fall into addiction and how hard it is to get back up again. Each time you fall, you must confess.

Over a life time you will notice a pattern in your sinning - everyone is a sinner everyone has a pattern - it becomes more obvious as you get older - nothing new lots of people are struggling with their pattern of sin - its a life long struggle. Some give up and accept it others fight to the end the choice is yours.
