Is it possible for me to take Communion everyday since my last confession, if I haven’t committed any mortal sin since then? And how will plenary indulgence apply to days that I can take Communion without going to confession?
 
Yes, if you are in a state of grace and haven’t committed any mortal sins since your last confession, absolutely you can receive communion. For plenary indulgences, you don’t have to go to confession the day that exact day you receive communion, there is a grace period.
