Confession help possible devil worship

So I have been strugeling with tought about verious sinful things and mutch of these toughts had to to with atheism and satanism i don’t know if they where instusive toughts or not or if they where just some sort obsessions or if it was just to reject these toughts but after having these toughts for a while and tryring to rebuke those toughts may have had toughts that imply apostacy but at the same time i was asking God for help and afterwords kept on having these but this time they where almost more voluntary is a sence of what if i indeed did appostacy or if i prayed to the devil or somthing I was still however asking God for help and rebuking this ideas
have I commited appostacy I’m excomunicated and how shoud i confes this ?

also pleasse pray for me
