I have the same problem (being nervous, not scrupulous)

Lately I have increased my frequency to every week or two. That seems to help. Also I take a list, because I get so nervous there’s no way I’m going to make it through without it. One of these days I may have to bring a teddy bear with me, lol.

Ugh, I just dread the whole thing, especially weeping during my Act of Contrition. Oi vey, is that embarrassing. And that’s just for venial sins. Heaven help me if I commit a mortal sin!!!G

Lol I’m glad I’m not the only one who dreads going. I’m going to try to start going more often. We’ll see how that goes.
