I know the priest can not say anything about your confession outside of the confessional because of the Seal of Confession. I am wondering though if it’s possible as I, the “confessee”, could I discuss my confession outside of the Confessional?

Of course. After all, it’s your sins. Only the priest/confessor is bound by the seal of confession.
