Hello,
I will try to keep this thread as un-scandalous as possible. I am a new Catholic as well as a new(ish) wife of 3 years. My husband and I had our fair amount of difficulty with the marital act as newlyweds, but have finally been able to have mutually satisfying experiences through the use of manual stimulation during the penetrative act. My question is, is it necessary, in the light of Catholic ethics, that my husband be the one that performs this stimulation? Obviously, this is a question I would much prefer to bring to my priest, but that isn’t really feasible due to the Coronavirus situation. I’m still a newbie to all of this, so charitable responses would be appreciated!
