Consecration of France to the Sacred Heart

I have been reading the prophecies of the Great Monarch, and all of the amazing things that are prophesied that he would do, and it occurred to me that the one elemental thing that he needs and is needed to do was never mentioned; the consecration of France to the Sacred Heart. Isn’t that peculiar?

You’re correct, that action is never mentioned. I’m not really sure that it’s necessary either.
