In order to get an anullment I need a point of contact for diocese of limburg where my marriage was contracted
 
If you’re looking for your baptismal record, the person with whom you’re working at your parish should be requesting that, not you. They should be able to contact the diocese fairly easily. The record of your marriage will be on your baptismal certificate.

Actually no, I need German Long Form anullment paperwork. I can request a baptismal certificate from the parish myself.
