Contraception in Scripture?

I am reading a book on the Natural Law and I think I see how Contraception/Masterbation issue fits in there. And I have also seen some Early Church Fathers quotes on it too. I was wondering if Sacred Scripture said anything explicitly or implicitly (and if implicitly would you show the line of reasoning that one uses to get there) that talks about the issue of Contraception/Masterbation?
