When I get my first marriage annulled is it going to be a problem in having my marriage convalidated that my wife is a member of a different church with no plans to leave?

Thank you

No, that is not a problem. Catholics are permitted to marry non-Catholics under the following conditions:
  1. the Catholic party promises to remain Catholic
  2. the Catholic party promises to do his/her best to raise children Catholic
  3. the non-Catholic party is open to life and agrees that marriage is permanent and lasting until death.
