Coordination on the New English Translation

Does anyone know and can explain how the three elements working toward the new English Translation of the Mass work together? There is Vox Clara, the ICEL and the Bishops Committee on Liturgy of the USCCB. Who is responsible for what and how do they coordinate? Thanks.
 
You forgot the curial office: Congregation for Divine Worship and the Discipline of the Sacraments 🙂
