Corona virus fraud?

The count for corona virus cases and deaths appear to be rising since everyone started opening the economy. I, personally, don’t want another shut down of businesses. However, we have three friends who say that their relatives died of cancer and other natural causes. They were elderly and died in hospices and hospitals and they know for a fact that they did not test positive for corona virus. Upon the time of death the hospital put on their death certificates as death from corona virus or covid 19. Three people reported this way is a large number in my little circle of friends.
How much fraud is out there?
How many of these numbers are false reporting?
Has anyone else on CAS experienced this?
We can’t trust the number curve they are reporting.

Okay, being someone who has possibly had the Coronavirus (I thought it was pneumonia at first), I am getting a little sick of the conspiracy theories about it. How do I know YOU are telling the truth? You’re just a stranger on the internet. Even if you are telling the truth, about what you’ve been told, have you seen the death certificates?

Unfortunately not testing positive for coronavirus doesn’t mean a person isn’t positive. It can sometimes take multiple tests to be sure. Ultimately, none of us here know whether that is the case or not. Any speculation doesn’t really help.

I am cautious about corona virus infection. I have breathing problems and I would not recover easily if I contracted the virus. I believe the deaths and cases are real. I’m not trying to start a conspiracy. From what I know the hospitals get a huge amount of money if they report corona virus deaths. This causes the numbers to be greatly exaggerated if they are making false claims.

How do we know anyone is telling the truth about anything? Their is a risk for talking about this topic like it is fraud. I am not comfortable upsetting the apple cart.

We can’t personally go out and investigate every death out there that involves “Coronavirus” on the death certificate. There are always cases of misdiagnosis, testing errors, mistakes in reporting, and perhaps shifting or open-to-interpretation standards about what constitutes a coronavirus death, as well as some outright fraud. On the flip side, relatives often don’t have the complete medical information about what their loved one really died of, and there are just as many deaths where someone’s death certificate says they died of heart failure or whatever but their relative is insisting it was coronavirus.

I know in my county there were deaths reported initially as coronavirus that were later reclassified under new state guidelines, so it seems like there has been some honest effort to keep reporting accurate. I have also heard about enough cases of genuine coronavirus that I’m pretty sure it is indeed a big problem, and not something completely faked up or made up or greatly exaggerated.

In short - this is one of those things where you have to say, “I didn’t cause it, I can’t cure it, and I can’t control it” so one has to just leave it in God’s hands. No point in worrying about stuff you can’t do anything about.

Do you have proof that coronavirus didn’t contribute to their deaths? That they didn’t die sooner than they would have if the pandemic hadn’t happened?

Do you have any idea of the costs involved in ICU care of a patient on a ventilator? If not, you should count that among your blessings.

I’m not worried about the virus. Pandemics have occurred throughout history and there is not much we can do about it. We can take precautions. We have natural disasters every year. I am concerned that health care costs will go up and corona virus is being used for political gain. They have already politicized this. They will try to take our freedom. Spending money we don’t have is not justified.

I think if one of my relatives died I would find a way to know the truth. Deceiving someone about cause of death is not ethical. It is disrespectful. It is the responsibility of the government and the health care system to report the truth about the number curve.

You missed my entire point.
My post wasn’t about the pandemic.
It was about the fact tnat you and I can’t do anything about this alleged “misreporting” that you seem to think is going on, even if it is in fact going on, which is highly doubtful.

I suppose if it really bothers you then you can write a letter to your elected representatives.

But other than that, I could come up with 50 conspiracy theories today that I absolutely couldn’t do anything about if they were going on.
I don’t get the obsession with the fact that we have to combat some imagined conspiracy.
What are you going to do about it, break into a hospital and go through the records?

“They will try to take our freedom” …come on, man, way to build up a big thing in your head over a few deceased people’s relatives making some unsupported claim that even if true could be due to a lot of benign factors.

Bill Gates wants to introduce a chip under the skin in the name of health care. We won’t be able to buy or sell without it.
Some have already had their freedom restricted regarding church gathering and businesses being forbidden. Many have already lost their life savings and their businesses. This is a loss of our freedom.

I’ve read that when there is a cluster of covid-19 deaths in institutional care (e.g., nursing home), they don’t test everyone. If several people become ill with fever and severe respiratory symptoms around the same time, and those who are tested are positive, it is reasonable to assume that they all have the same virus. That’s why they might declare covid-19 as the cause of death without a test.

That appears to be sloppy and irresponsible. Time will tell.

I’m sorry, but with this last post about Bill Gates, chips, not being able to buy and sell etc you’ve pretty much left the reality arena in my mind, so I will not be participating further in the discussion.

I don’t know anyone who has been diagnosed with Ebola, either, but that hardly means it’s not out there.

BTW, my son-in-law had the virus. Yes, diagnosed. Thanks be to God, he is recovering well. And thanks be to God, he had enough sense not to deny its existence and how serious it is.

Actually the micro chip under the skin is old technology. Bill Gates has been funding the Wuhan laboratory in China. He is interested in developing vaccines. Some of this involves quantum dots. The quantum dots are more advanced technology. The medical community is, also, developing quantum dots. Quantum dots can be programed to do something in our bodies. They can be controlled by outside radio waves. They will be included in vaccines.
Italy wants Bill Gates arrested for crimes against humanity.
