Could I please ask for continued prayers?

Morning all.

I’m just looking a request from as many people here as possible for support. Can you all please remember me (John) and my wife (Jenna) in your prayers every night, be it in the form of a continued single prayer, rosary and/or novenas, especially from assistance to St. Jude.

My wife Jenna and I have been together for almost 11 years and married just over 3 years now. On October 23rd 2018 we both had our first daughter, Halle. God sent us both a beautiful and wonderful daughter and she’s just the best wee soul we could ask for. She is 15 months old today.

My request of prayers however is for my Wife, (and our marriage) long story short, she told me around November time 2019 that she no longer is in love with me anymore and isn’t happy living in the house we both bought together whereas we were fine before to begin with. We ended up having arguments, sleeping in different rooms, no affection or touching towards each other, giving each other the silent treatment when we both sit together in the same room watching TV etc, the list goes on.

This all seems to have happened ever since the arrival of our daughter and I honestly believe that my wife is just going through a hormonal crash brought on by PND (Post Natal Depression) well that’s what I hope it is because I can’t think of anythign else it could be.

The point is that It is really bringing me down and making me miserable and unhappy of the way things currently are and I have been praying to Jesus the prayer of surrender “You take care of it” and to St. Jude to fix hopeless cases in marriages and would just like to simply ask if you all could help by praying for the both of us and that God will help us both find our way back to each other.

I honestly believe in the power of prayer which is why I request you all for your support.

Father please unite this couple. May evil be washed away and marriage made strong. May they both walk strong in Christ. In your name, Jesus amen!

For Help in Trials

Most holy apostle St. Jude, faithful servant and friend of Jesus, the name of the traitor who delivered your beloved Master into the hands of His enemies has caused you to be forgotten by many. But the Church honors and invokes you universally as the patron of hopeless cases–of things despaired of. Pray for me who feels so hopeless. Make use, I implore you, of that particular privilege accorded to you of bringing visible and speedy help where help is almost despaired of. Come to my assistance in this great need, that I may receive the consolations and succor of heaven in all my necessities, tribulations and sufferings, in particular (John and Jenna), and that I may bless God with you and all the elect throughout eternity. I promise you, O Blessed St. Jude, to be ever mindful of this great favor, and I will never cease to honor you as my special and powerful patron, and to do all in my power to encourage devotion to you. Amen.

PRAYER IN A TIME OF TRIBULATION

O Lord, hear my cry pouring out from a troubled heart. The sorrow which clutches at my soul has driven me to You my protector, my True Friend in time of need. You know, my God, all my failings, my faults and my sins as well as the torment gripping my soul. My greatest sorrow should be for my disregard of Your holy commandments in the past, and I sincerely hope that you will grant me the grace of true contrition. O my Savior, hide not Your Face from me in this tribulation, let the light of Your Countenance shine upon me that I may be illuminated by Its love. If it be Your will, lighten this burden from me, yet should it be a means of my salvation, help me, help me O Lord, to carry this cross, for alone I can do nothing. Radiate Your love upon Your prodigal child O Lord, this beggar who knocks at Your door seeking shelter in Your Sacred Heart; this once proud earthen vessel made of clay seeks You, O Christ, and in a newly found faith, firmly believes that you will receive him in Your limitless Love and Mercy.
