I’ve been divorced from my ex-husband for almost six years and separated for seven years. He has been living outside of marriage with another woman for all this time. I have never re-married or been with another man. If my ex-husband turned his life over to Christ and become Catholic, would I be free to re-marry him? I can’t seem to get an answer to this question.

Assuming that there were no impediments to your first marriage to your ex-husband, sure, you would be able to remarry him. Even if he did not become Catholic but became a man with whom you could live as husband and wife, you would be able to remarry him, assuming that you had at the time of your first marriage (or obtained at the time of your remarriage) a dispensation from your bishop to marry a non-Catholic.
