i haven’t seen it…I’m going to when it comes out though.

As I can not go to theaters I have not seen the movie yet. :crying:

I eagerly look forward to seeing it (over and over again) and someday owning it (hinting to my parents to get it on DVD for my birthday with a DVD player.)

Fr.(?) Thomas

You know the DVD player might be cheaper that the DVD nowadays…I saw Walmart had a DVD play for $39

i was fortunate enough to see a pre-screening (hosted by jim caveziel, a wonderful catholic). i wanted to support the film financially also so i went to see it the night it opened. i then took a few friends to see it a few weeks later. so i have seen it three times. i plan on buying the dvd when it comes out also. not that i am a sadist, i don’t want to watch it everyday all day (my wife saw it once and that was enough for her), but it is a valuable tool when talking with others about the death of our Lord.

Not Fr.

My budget is so tight that I cannot afford most health care nor can I spend any money on special occasions including gifts of any form. Have not been able to buy my wife any gifts for over three years now.

$10 is $10 too much.

I watched the movie twice and will be purchasing it when it comes out on DVD.

Unfortunately I only saw the movie twice. I have purchased very few DVD’s but this is certainly a must. I am anxious to show it to my family members who didn’t want to go to the movies to see it.

nice ! evangelizing your own family … always a good place to start.

.

A new cd based on songs inspired from the movie is coming out that date as well. Check out the Misc. section for more info.

I have only seen the movie once. That being said, I ordered the movie, actually two cause I fully intend on wearing them out watching OVER AND OVER AND OVER again. 👍

I saw it once. My husband saw it three times. Then he bought the book of pictures from the movie.

We will be buying the DVD.

Well I can’t cast a vote becuase I saw it once and thought that it was ok.

This is not the type of movie I would watch over and over again.
“Honey, let’s sit around, eating popcorn, and watch Jesus get beaten to a pulp, again!”

I saw it and loved it. I will buy it. But I don’t see myself watching it too many times. And I’m a movie buff!

I agree. We might watch it as a family once a year during lent but I watch movies for entertainment and although I felt deeply moved, it’s not something I’d want to watch over and over. To each his own.

I saw it twice: Once on Ash Wednesday, Once on Good Friday. When I get it, I plan on watching it, then waiting till Ash Wednesday again…unless I feel compelled to watch it again.
God Bless,

Justin
