Can unmarried couples relationship be blessed by a priest …

I think you need to expand a little on what you are asking.

People can be blessed by priests and deacons for many occasions and reasons. While I was engaged to my husband, a deacon imparted a blessing on us after mass one Sunday-- blessing us and asking God to help us grow in holiness as we prepared for marriage. I believe there might be a blessing for engaged couples in the Book of Blessings.

That isn’t the same thing as “blessing” an unmarried couple relationship that is contrary to the faith (i.e. cohabitation). What exactly are you looking for from a blessing and what type of relationship is being blessed?

You should just ask your priest. He can best answer your questions in person after perhaps asking some of his own.

Yes, in the sense that the priest can offer a specific prayer for your intentions as a couple. Whether or not it would be appropriate for a priest to do so depends on what those intentions are. That’s why you should ask the priest you would like the blessing from.

A couple can receive a blessing from a priest on their relationship, yes.
But a blessing is in no way similar to the sacrament of marriage and is simply a prayer to God to protect and nurture the relationship.
