Court for my brother's accident

I’ve posted here before about my brother that passed away and loved that I had such support from people all over that didn’t even know me.
My brother was killed a year ago in a motorcycle accident caused by another person cutting him off. This Friday coming up, my family and I have a court date to come face to face with this lady who caused the accident. We already had one court date before but we were only allowed to listen. This date that’s coming up is more for us to speak and explain what a young person he was and had his whole life in front of him. It’s more to settle what this lady has done and what a loss she has caused through not paying attention when driving.
My mom and dad will be speaking on this date. I know that this is going to be a tough day for all of us including the lady who caused the accident. Please pray for my family and I, and the lady since I consider her to be a victim of this tragedy as well. I pray that we come together as a family and get through this turning point. Please pray especially for my parents that they are given the strength to have to relive my brother’s death again and watch it be examined piece by piece.
 
I will keep you and everyone else involved in my prayers.
