It was once commented of the Supreme Court -** Often in Error; Never in Doubt**.
 
It may just be that this case didn’t present the pro-life justices with a strong enough basis for overturning the abortion precedent.

I don’t get it. My Republican friends for TWO elections now said I HAD to vote Republican so that any new Justices would be pro-life and would actually DO something about abortion. :rolleyes:

You would have thought that the republican party would have accomplished more. They’re pro-life w/ exceptions.
 
I guess that makes you feel good about voting for folks who put up the kind of frothy mouthed culture of death justices that created Roe in the first place.
