Creating account and sin

Hello everyone!

1. Is using your parents account with their permission a sin in a situation, when you are not in the appropriate age?
   Nothing bad, just google account. In Europe there are different norms, not just being 13.
2. Is it a sin to create an account in the same situation? Again, with your parents permission.
