Creation or development of Catholic ministry to serve mentally ill persons

Hi,
I have been kicking around this idea in my head for a while. I would like to help start or develop a Catholic ministry focused on serving those who suffer from mental illness, and their families and caregivers and support networks. I don’t know if this is something I would be competent to do myself. I really would like to help gather people who are interested and capable of organizing and creating such a ministry. I have this idea and I am just praying that somehow I can do something to spread the idea or find others who have a similar intention and somehow make this grow and do a lot of good for people. So, I am just throwing this idea out here, and asking for prayers that if it is something that God wants to happen, that myself and others successfully take whatever actions and steps needed to make it happen and make it do a lot of good for people who struggle with mental illness.
