Answers In Genesis has finished releasing some more great videos viewing the world and science from the Creationist perspective online for free. This time it is their popular Speakers Series with a complex look at the design of the human ear and eye, a brief look at Astronomy and an in depth look at the infamous ‘Lucy’, claimed to be the missing link between humans and their ape like ancestors.

The other series ‘Answers with Ken Ham’ that gives a thorough worldview and defense from the Biblical viewpoint is here:

These videos are highly recommended for those interested in the controversy concerning the scientific origins of humanity.

If Answers in Genesis wants a Catholic following, it’s going to have to abandon the Protestant principles upon which it is founded, namely, Sola Scriptura.

I have watched Ken Ham talk about creation and boy is it good!!!😃

How 'bout Answers in Genesis publishing their ideas about evolution in a peer-reviewed journal. If that happens, we’ll take them seriously.

JD Nation,

Can you give me a summary of their astronomy “answers”? In particular, how do they reconcile a few-thousand-year-old universe with the vast distances of the various astronomical objects and the finite speed of light?

Generally by postulating that the speed of light has not been constant.

Jeremy,

Thank you very much for your reply.

If I may ask further, what sort of “speed profile” do they give for the speed of light? In other words, what functional form do they have for the speed of light at a given date in history?
