Theological statements were attached to neo-Darwinism in “Human Persons Created in the Image of God.”
No, rather theological statements were made in response to the theological claims of some neo-Darwinists. Big difference.

I’m not saying debate. What I was referring to was getting direct, unfiltered, views from atheists about the issues of the day and how they look at them.

I should have, and do now, caution anyone who is weak or not led to do so, to stay away. And even those who do to realize that these people are lost.

Ed
Ed I’m simply shocked. YOu consider atheists lost? I thought that the Church teaches that everyone everyone everyone can seriously repent and be saved. YOu dispute this?

**Well if neo-darwinism means making a theological statement in relation to evolution, then I presume no further attachment is necessary. I’m not sure what your point it. People who are atheists and who believe in evolution are allowed and have the right I assume to write books in which they propose that evolution suggests to them that God does not exist. You are free to read or not read, agree or disagree. We make these choices daily Ed, regarding all kinds of things. What is so different about this? I still don’t understand how you would have things if this were a perfect world according to Ed. **

May I respectfully point out that, relatively speaking, not everyone has the same amount of knowledge about certain subjects as you do. I find this to be a common situation on all forums I visit.

**correct, on every forum I have been to there are people who have vastly more information that me, and vastly less. Hopefully, we learn from each other. Again, I’m not sure what the problem is or what you deem an adequate solution. **
