  1. During the 3pm Good Friday Liturgy, what is the right term used to it, is it Adoration of the Cross or Veneration of the Cross?
  2. What is the proper sacramental used during Good Friday Liturgy - Wooden Cross or Wooden Crucifix and why?

No problem, but this is usually the place to place prayer intentions, but I will be happy to try to answer your question as a Cradle Catholic.
  1. I believe we refer to the bowing or kissing of the Cross on Good Friday as “Veneration of the Cross”.
  2. I ve been at services where we bow or kiss a regular cross I think, but I believe for us Catholics, a Crucifix with our Lord’s corpus is more acceptable. Mainly I think because it reminds us of our Lord’s death on the cross on Good Friday.
Hope that helps…
