Hi, while you don’t need a cross as jewelry, home decoration, or to mark a sacred space in your home reserved for prayer, many of us do have one. If you mention you’d like one to your sponsor, he or she may give you one as a gift on your Baptism or Confirmation. Otherwise you can fashion your own (I made one out of clay in high school) or purchase one, whatever you feel you’d like.
Like I said, you don’t have to have one. I’d suggest a Bible and study guide first - I just saw that Strong’s finally has a
Pick cross which you prefer the most.
Give him priest ,that priest bless cross.
And look that beautiful cross and think about Jesus,and think who your love for Jesus can grow.
