Hello,
We go regularly to Mass, we’re all Catholic. But I think it is very weird that my dad doesn’t participate in the Mass at all.
We go to Mass and his mouth is shut during the entire celebration, he doesn’t even say an amen.
I mean we go regularly to Mass so it’s not like he doesn’t know how to say the “Our Father”, or usual responses like when the priest says “The Lord be with you” and we say “And also with you”.
The only thing he does is the sign of the cross when we start Mass and at another time.
We’ve mentioned this to him before, but I don’t think he cares. Is it wrong of him to act like that during Mass?
