Does anyone go to daily confession? Is it good or would it turn you into some ‘religious crank!’
 
That should really only be done under the supervision of a spiritual advisor. It very easily can lead to scrupulosity, and is probably unnecessary for most individuals.
 
To put it in perspective, one of our young priests said he goes to confession weekly.
