You can ask at the parish if they have regular benedictions. You might be able to go to a benediction as part of First Friday devotions on the first Friday of the month. Ask around.

I was pleasantly surprised when they had benediction at my local church after the Spanish Mass. I hadn’t attended one in decades. But you’re right about the spiritual benefits, that is if you don’t need to cover your ears during the bell ringing.
