I’ve been doing this lately. I eat small meals, maybe 4 tortilla chips and vitamins for breakfast (sometimes no breakfast), a full lunch (sometimes a small lunch or no lunch), and either no dinner, a small dinner, or a full dinner. While it’s not a total fast, I find that the less good I eat, the less food I want to eat. Before I was eating quite a lot. I also offer the feeling of hunger up as a prayer a lot too. It helps me save money, loose weight and attachment to food, and grow in faith.
