Dear Brothers and Sisters,
This is the final day of our journey – at least of this particular journey of 33 Days in preparation for each of us to give ourselves totally to Jesus through Mary, praying the Act of Total Consecration tomorrow. Like the journey itself – praying the words of the Consecration is not a “one time event”, but also like our sacramental Baptism which we renew, it is a “new” beginning each time we remember the Graces which have been given us and the Lord’s desire that we grow in Grace.
O Jesus, living in Mary, come and live in your servants, in the spirit of holiness, in the fullness of your power, in the perfection of your ways, in the truth of your virtues, in the communion of your mysteries. Rule over every adverse power, in your Spirit, for the glory of the Father. Amen. – Prayer of Father Jean Jacques Olier, S.S. (1608-1657)
