Deacons kiss the altar?

I know the principle deacons in a celebration should reverence the altar at the procession. However, if you have a large amount of deacons, say 20 or so, at a large celebration such as an ordination, should they kiss the altar in the procession?
 
Only the Deacon (or Deacon) who are serving the Mass should reverence the Altar. There may be a Deacon of the Mass, or there may be a Deacon of the Word and a Deacon of the Chalice. Other Deacons who may process in for some reason would not normally reverence the Altar.
