I find it interesting that when I am attacked in my sleep at night my oldest son who is now four always wakes up crying.

Last night I was troubled by nightmares and I sensed the presence of evil and rebuked it in my sleep. This caused me to wake up from what felt like a spiritual struggle as something oppressive lifted off me quickly as I invoked the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. At that moment my son in another room woke up shouting.

I pray the rosary often, as I did before bed with my children, and I am occasionally in conflict with darkness. Over the years of spiritual war you can sometimes sense the enemy, even when he lurks in the borders. I’m feeling a certain kind of way about this.

Please pray for the binding of the foul spirits, especially the anti Christian spirit in the world that is persecuting Christians and beheading people and enslaving them. Please pray for an awakening in prayer warriors and for God to train up a few more divisions of earthly prayer warriors and righteous men in America.

Let’s get our world back.

A PRAYER FOR
SAFETY FROM SATAN
May it be known all over the world,
that Satan, the prince of darkness is real!
He disguises himself as the light,
Entrapping and hauling the unprepared.
He spreads the seeds of disruption,
Then sits back, waiting to gather the crop.
As I draw nearer to Jesus’ fiery love,
I also draw the evil of Satan’s attacks.
Jesus, protect me from such great evil.
Let not Satan or his fiends approach me.
Keep me under Your harmonious auspice,
for I am Your follower of righteousness!

The Lord bless you, and keep you.
The Lord make his face to shine upon you, and be gracious unto you.
The Lord lift up his countenance upon you, and grant you peace.

Sprinkle your home with holy water before you and your son go to bed each evening and have your house blessed.
 
Strange you mention this.

I have had some goofy things happen, too. Drifting off to sleep one night, I heard a loud horn in my ear, something like a party horn they use for New Years Eve. It woke me up and I had a hard time going back to sleep. Then, as I drifted off again, the same horn blew in my ear. My dogs were sleeping near me, and they were a great comfort.

I think devils like to mess with your head.

When I go to Adoration, a sense of total relaxation washes over me, as I can say, “I am in a good place.”

“For the sake of His sorrowful passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world.”
 
Hmm well all they got for their efforts was a rosary.

I will look into getting the house blessed but I don’t think that is a problem.
