I not spot anything that could be sacrilegious or demonic, I just saw a ugly Light Show from this times of modern art where you see nothing, maybe the problem this be used in front of a church. The post show another Light Show where happens in Saint Peter’s Bassilica that show images.

I wonder: Why not use other building around Rome? Those churches are example of beauty and they don’t need this disguting modern arts show to be more prettier.

You know, before I look at the explanation for it I used to think Gothic architecture looked kind of demonic.

Maybe this is what happens here.

Not seeing anything demonic there, just a modern art light show that looked inspired in parts and rather silly in other parts, and unrelated to whether the building was a church or a bank.

As I’ve said many times, some people see demons under every bush.
Or just decide that everything they personally don’t like must be evil or demonic, rather than accepting that tastes vary.

I found the effects to be cheesy and ugly. It left me thinking, yeah, so?

It seemed more about showing off the effects they could produce rather than having any real meaning. I found it boring.

Yes, I can’t imagine why they allowed this building to be used. Surely there must have been other buildings with plain flat fronts to project the images onto. So that leaves me with the thought that it was specially chosen for a reason. And I think the reason was to cause controversy to draw attention to their “art.” I don’t see it as art, I see it as bad effects.

I personally think the reason was probably this…

St. Catherine of Siena made considerable contributions to the church in the 14th century, she was give title of Doctor of the Church in 1970.
