Considering that Jesus said: I am the Truth
do you consider Christianity a religion of the Truth?
if yes, how do you cope with the difficulties associated with faithulness?
If no, why not?

For me, yes. How?, sacraments.

Yes.but only the Catholic Church has the whole truth.Whole truth meaning as much as has been revealed. My faithfulness or the faithfulness of christians?

Actually that is a good question. I was thinking of personal struggle for own faithfulness, but other Christians ways of faithfullness can be of concern to us and something to cope with.

I cope by frequenting the sacraments, too. I find prayer is also indispensable. Really, when we break it down to the simplest understanding, we all cope in one way and only one way, by the grace that God bestows upon us. Without that grace, our imperfect human wills would fail and we would be lost. That is why the sacraments are so vital.

I agree about prayer as well. Thanks the reminder. My prayer life has been weak for a while, no wonder prayer was’t close to my mind when I wrote my answer 🙂

Someone who is a Christian has voted in the negative…
I wonder is s/he could comment on that, how does devotion to Jesus (the Truth) play out with that convinction?..can we hope for perfection without perfect truth or it was perhaps an expression of our weakness…like St. Paul saying:‘i do what I hate…’

God bless
