Diabolical obsession, what does someone do?

I know that a trained exorcist approved by the Bishop is needed for diabolical possession, but what happens if someone is diabolically obsessed? Does that person need the trained exorcist, or will a normal priest be sufficient enough?

Only your local parish priest, one that know you, is qualified to make such a decision. See a priest first.
