Dialogue Mass -- a brief explaination anyone?

I was reading the following:

and got bogged down. ( I could have watched the video but it was 53 minutes long!)

Can someone give a brief description of the difference between the ‘Dialogue Mass’ and any other/previous Mass?

A Dialogue Mass, where the faithful make the responses with the server IS the “previous mass”.

It fell out of custom as people got less familiar with Latin when it ceased to be a vernacular language.

It’s a restoration, NOT an innovation.
