Yep, the voice! 
It’s been a long time, but that was a pretty funny show. How could someone listen to Fran Drescher and not laugh - she could read the phone book aloud and get laughs with that outrageous voice.
I saw her do a standup routine once that I really liked, too - it wasn’t full of stuff that made me embarrassed to have my young kids in the room.

Of course I used to watch Fran Fine, THE NANNY.
Her voice was hysterical. One particular episode stays with me.
Nanny Fine and Miss Babcock went to have Sushi, and Nanny Fine didn’t know what the green Wasabi sauce was. She heaped about 2 tablespoons of it on top of her sushi, popped it into her mouth,
then her eyes flew wide open, and she fell backwards off her chair.
As she got up, she began to talk, and her signature voice was gone, replaced with a svelte, sexy voice, saying “My that wasabi sauce really clears the sinuses. I LIIIIKKKE it.” and then as she was speaking her voice returned, as she said, But I WUNDA JUST HOW LOOWONG IT’S GONNA LEEASST!!!". I laughed so hard I thought I’d pop a blood vessel.
