Did Clement of Alexandria believe in Sola Scriptura?

One could argue for the development of Sola Scriptura equally as for Scripture plus Tradition.

But how would that go? I would suggest it may be equally argued, but the arguments are hardly equal.
 
It wouldn’t, and couldn’t go anywhere. Your pure SS proponent will argue that SS is independent of doctrinal development, history, tradition or reason - and the Catholic will argue that these things are required to prove anything.
