If you’re referring to the words “Indulgentiam, absolutionem, et remissionem peccatorum nostrorum tribuat nobis omnipotens et misericors Dominus,” that is a prayer for absolution, not an absolution in and of itself. It says, May almighty God grant pardon, absolution, etc.; it does not say “Your sins are forgiven” or “I absolve you.” The words are not there. And to the extent this prayer may be called an absolution, it is no different in form from the similar prayer in the modern form of the rite, which has already been quoted to you.The absolution is present in the Traditional Mass and is absent from the Novus Ordo Mass. The words are not there. They are not present.
