Seems ironic, I just recently subscribed to Sirius because I now have a long commute to work and I wanted to listen to EWTN and Catholic radio.

Not to worry; it’s unavoidable.

Watch EWTN on Time/Warner or Comcast cable systems or DirecTV or Dish Network and you allow a conduit for pornography into your home via PPV. Even if you don’t specifically subscribe to premium channels, you may be subjected to “premium” programming via “free preview” weekends.

Your only alternatives are to exercise self restraint with the programming or eliminate the providers from your home altogether.

If you are really concerned, write Sirius satellite radio and tell them why you subscribed…and your objection to having Howard Stern on the radio…worth a shot! Only costs you your time and perhaps a stamp or an email.

See if Relevant Radio is in or coming to your town. If so, cancel Sirius and send the money to Relevant!

If not, get an ipod.
