How could Moses write about all these things that happened following his own death?
If Moses could not write about his own death that would happen shortly whether he worte about it od not. How could he accurately write about things thousands of years before and after him accurately. He was the prophet. God directed is accurate writing.

And yet, we don’t see ‘Moses’ writing in the forms of prophecy that are present in the OT. Nothing, right? 🤔

Moses was a prophet and spoke of many future things, some far in the future such as a time when there would be a king.
Deuteronomy 34:10 And there has not arisen a prophet since in Israel like Moses, whom the LORD knew face to face,

Exodus 7:17, 20 Thus says the LORD, "By this you shall know that I am the LORD: behold, with the staff that is in my hand I will strike the water that is in the Nile, and it shall turn into blood. … 20 Moses and Aaron did as the LORD commanded. In the sight of Pharaoh and in the sight of his servants he lifted up the staff and struck the water in the Nile, and all the water in the Nile turned into blood.

Exodus 14:13-14 And Moses said to the people, “Fear not, stand firm, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will work for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall never see again. 14 The LORD will fight for you, and you have only to be silent.”
Numbers 16:30 But if the LORD creates something new, and the ground opens its mouth and swallows them up with all that belongs to them, and they go down alive into Sheol, then you shall know that these men have despised the LORD."
Now is Moses different, yes, but so it Jesus.
