Did the human Jesus make any errors? By errors or mistakes I don’t mean sin but rather normal human errors like measuring something incorrectly, misplacing an item, stumbling over a rock, eating unhealthily etc.

The Bible doesn’t really come right out and tell us. However we do know that he was human in every way, yet without sin.
So my opinion would be He probably did hit his thumb with a hammer, every carpenter has. But He didn’t say every swear word in the book afterwards.

I wonder how He kept his omniscience out of daily human tasks as a carpenter. Would He just restrict Himself to the contemporary knowledge and carpentry techniques? Would he be the best carpenter in the world or could he be a mediocre one with poor workmanship?

I believe he would have been obedient to Joseph, as any good son would have been, and learned as an apprentice just like every other Jewish child would have.
I do a lot of wood working and look to Jesus and Joseph for inspiration. I believe he would be the best carpenter in the world. Not only by his hand but by mine. I give him praise for every piece of furniture I build by inscribing the wood with a branding iron stating Matthew 19:26. This way everyone know Jesus had a hand in this project.
Not sure if you watched the Passion of the Christ? But one of my favorite scenes is when Jesus builds a full height table and Mary asks who on earth He is building that for and how will they use it, since everyone reclined on the ground when they ate. He tells her you use it like this by sitting on a chair that He will build.
Definitely the “Best Carpenter in the World”.

So Jesus is walking around and sees someone eating without washing their hands. His divine nature knows about germ theory but His human nature does not. How can he know and not know something simultaneously and then decide to say something to the person or not?

I’m not sure where you are going with this.
I know about germ theory and I see guys walking out of the restaurant bathroom all of the time without washing their hands. Just because I didn’t say something to that person doesn’t mean I created error.
Now on the other hand, pun intended, if I grab the same door handle after them, instead of using a paper towel as I always do, then yep I created one heck of a germ theory error.

The inter-workings of the two natures is mysterious. By mysterious we mean something that invites the believer into further consideration and pondering, not a dead end of confusion.

I’m sure we could look back in History and say why didn’t He tell us about this or that and on and on and on.
But your thread is about did Jesus make errors. How is Jesus not telling us about germ theory or Hitler or the atomic bomb or etc…prove he made an error? Just because there is suffering in the world does not prove an error.

He told them about a lot of other things and they didn’t believe or misinterpreted or didn’t understand - we are not omniscient so never will “get” everything there is to know.

It always seemed to me that ritual purification was sort of put in place to prevent or stop the spread of sickness and disease - or I guess God could of given them a microscope so they could see the germs - which eventually was invented - Just how was God to explain germs to the Israelite’s when they came out of Egypt or the Jews of Jesus times?

The Father could have given Jesus the schematics to a nuclear reactor for powering Jerusalem 24/7 with on-staff archangels to maintain & replace fuel rods with 0% chance of contamination and provide all-access HDTV to every residence.
Or countless other things. He healed the sick and brought comfort to the afflicted through his overwhelming love, and as a testimony for things to come, but that in of itself isn’t why he walked the Earth. Jesus is not a utilitarian device that is solely designed to fix problems. God could immediately erase every nuance of suffering on the Earth through a single act of will
The mission of Jesus Christ is contained within the mysteries of the Holy Rosary. The Mysteries of Sorrow (of bearing our sufferings & injustices patiently), the Mysteries of Joy (of having a grateful heart always for God), the Mysteries of Light (the establishment of God’s Kingdom), and the Mysteries of Glory (the fulfillment of God’s promises). Jesus is now the eternal sacrifice that forever bridges the divide between man and God and overcomes the power of death.

Withholding information (about germ theory for example) is by definition not helping with suffering. There is nothing controversial about that; it is self evident. Why He did so is open to discussion, but the fact remains.
