Did Jesus pray to himself whilst he was on earth?

Did Jesus pray to himself whilst he was on earth? was he aware that he was God? And since Christ ascended into heaven with his body does that mean an unchangeable God has now changed?

Jesus was sometimes shown retiring into a remote area to pray.
One example of Jesus awareness of his divinity, is when he said “I and the Father are one” (Jn 10:30)
God does not change. God is everywhere. God does not go from one place to another, being already everywhere. When Jesus ascended to heaven, this change involved his humanity. Jesus is both man and God, the Word become flesh. Some things in the Gospels represent his humanity, others his divinity.
 
Well yes but God creating himself a body and keeping it for eternity does imply change since his humanity didn’t exist before the incarnation

Once again a good and interesting question. No, God didn’t pray to Himself for he directed his prayer to the Father (God). In the Holy Trintity there are 3 individual yet distinct persons in 1 God(head). All three have their traits and can we say roles to do. God remains God, the Son (Jesus),(in his works) brings us back to the Father’s good embrace and the Holy Spirit remains down here with us helping us along to do the right things and correct us when we don’t. We as humans cannot fathom God’s greatness as we cannot grasp the Universe and other worlds that are out there. We barely understand our own world. We have yet to fully discover even our own Ocean floors! So God remains a mystery but he is recognized by the works of His Son Jesus. We also recognize God in all things around us. ‘Unchangeable God’? **God can do all and anything He choses **even if that means ascending and changing his composition. We can’t even make the clouds change courses or stop and start our hearts at will.
In order to fully try to understand the beauty of Christianity you must submit your life over to Him who loves you. Once you do that, all questions will be answered according to His good Will.
 
St. Augustine replied to a question posed to him about the Trinity: “If you do understand, then that is what God is not”-----“He meant of course that no human being can fully comprehend God…”
