Did Jesus rise from the dead twice?

In the apostles creed we say “on the third day He rose again from the dead.” From the use of the word “again” it seems to me that He had risen before. Can you please clear up this confusion for me? God bless and thank you!
 
Dear EDC,

I haven’t seen this one for awhile. “Again” here is used in the way we say that a person fell down and got up again. “Again” here doesn’t mean: a second time. It means: as the situation was before.
