I have always believed that there is no need for inter religion friction because all religions, at the end of the day, teach love. I have always imagined that God can be seen in every religion as long as one follows the rules with the heart of a child. Pope Francis seems to have confirmed this. But today I came across an article that portrayed his announcement as a betrayal to those who believe in Jesus Christ. This is confusing because we are taught that the Pope is the voice of God. That God put him there so he could speak to us through him. What do you think about this?
Also what would one world religion mean for us? Is it good , bad or somewhere in between? I would really like to hear different views on this article.
